What will a climate change emergency mean for you ?

Hi Neighbours, Climate change has just been declared as an emergency by Auckland Council. It's symbolic but will be closely followed by measures to slow global warming, and will cost ratepayers perhaps from next year's budget. Do you think its a good idea ?
