Therapeutic Massage - open over Easter

Angela from Bayswater

For those of you that don't know me, I'd like to introduce myself:

I'm a mother, a writer, and a business owner of a therapeutic massage business, offering healing intuitive massage sessions from my home-based clinic in Bayswater on the North Shore.

Having worked for 30+ years as a massage therapist and studied many modalities, I work uniquely, listening to your body to help you release what no longer serves you.

A little bit about massage:
Massage is somatic in that it releases stored emotions - we are mind/body/spirit - everything is intertwined. So, if you are feeling stuck in life and want to move forward, then consider massage as a key to opening up the flow in your life.

I'm open over Easter (no surcharge added) and I welcome you to book yourself in. It will be lovely to see you.

Take care,

Angela

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
