Inner Pharmacy Wellness Journey
My work involves helping people make incremental changes so they change their internal bio rhythyms. They sleep better, have great drive and passion in life. they come off their medication, feel more confident in who they are just as they are, loose weight and many more benefits. Methods used are deeply rooted in the universal science of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy and that why they work.
If you are looking to focus on your life differently and keen to explore what we offer, then I too have an offer for you.
From 4th - 10th Jan, I have 5 free Wellness Strategy Sessions to give away. This session is simply a discussion (can be on-line or in person) outlining what health concerns you are looking to resolve and I will share how Yoga and Ayurveda will help.
I am on holiday, but have opened up 5 spots as my gift for giving back. So if you are interested.... message me here with your date and time availability or e-mail me on vandana@ytc.co.nz.
Ps... there is no catch. As mentioned simply my gift for January.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
