A new development is coming to Helensville
Parkview is a new residential development in Helensville. It’s situated on Rautawhiri road with views over the Rautawhiri Park – hence the name.
The development is described as ‘small town living with a big town feel.’ It’s a 39-minute drive from the Auckland CBD and a 25-minute drive from Westgate and Northwest.
Parkview is within walking distance to the Helensville village, Kaipara College, and Helensville School. A new childcare centre will sit alongside the development.
Parkview’s builder partners include GJ Gardner Homes, Stonewood Homes and others. Each builder partner offers standalone house and land packages in a range of styles and sizes to suit buyers’ needs. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
