Last Yoga Sessions In Nature - Auckland Botanic Gardens
Hello lovely neighbours,
It has been an amazing experience to teach Yoga in nature, connecting with all of you and enjoying the warm sun. Therefore I decided that I will be teaching Yoga Sessions at the Botanic Gardens every Saturday in April.
These will be my LAST Outdoor Yoga Classes as we will be moving into more cooler mornings soon. If you want to enjoy the sun while it's still there and treat yourself to some really nourishing Yoga, don't hesitate and book your spot asap.

We will then walk to a nice shady spot together. All levels are welcome! With love, Angeli :)

Choraiya bhaji (or Chowrai Bhaji, Chore Bhaji) is a nutritious, leafy green vegetable from the amaranth family, popular in Caribbean, Fijian, and Indian cuisines, often prepared by sautéing with onions, garlic, peppers, and sometimes tomatoes or eggplant, mashed into a soft, flavourful side dish served with roti or rice. It's known for being rich in vitamins (A, C, K) and minerals (iron, calcium) and is also called callaloo or red spinach in different regions.
