CrossFit Birkenhead

Our CrossFit Kids/Teens classes are a perfect way to keep your children active, train their coordination skills, or help them cross-train for other athletic pursuits!

And we now have TWO CrossFit Teens and Kids classes each week!

CrossFit Teens (12yrs - 15 yrs old)
Tuesdays/Thursdays
4:00pm - 4:45pm

CrossFit Kids (7yrs - 11 yrs old)
Tuesdays/Thursdays
3:20pm - 4:00pm
