Work will be carried out at night from 20th March-21st March 2019. The contingency date is 24th March 2019.
Stanley Road/Kaipatiki Road Roundabout:
Work will be carried out at night from 24th March-26th March 2019. The contingency date is 27th March 2019.

I have received numerous requests for shade at this playground, and know from experience how hot it can get. According to the Kaipātiki Strategic Play and Sunsmart Provision Audit 2018, it has “Some partial shade to main equipment provided in autumn/winter. Otherwise equipment is fully exposed to the sun.”
If the Local Board supports this, we will be able have them installed over the next few months, which will ensure that they are in place well before they are needed next Summer. :)
