With a total of 72 homes on-site, we have 15 apartments, 16 one-bedroom homes, and 41 two-bedroom villas, all including optional services. Terence Kennedy House is our on-site hospital providing holistic care to residents.

My name is Claire and I run affordable community yoga classes at the The Outram Hall in Murrays Bay. It's great for people with no experience, beginners or anyone with a regular yoga practice.
New members – $60 for 10 weeks
Existing members – $90 for 10 weeks
Casual class – $12 drop in class
Teens – $5 drop in class
Yoga is so much more than trying to touch your toes. It's a way to move, to breathe and to take time out for yourself. We have a mixture of ages (from teens to 60+) and yes, men come too! We have 6 teachers on rotation, so each week brings something new.
TERM 4 STARTS Thursday 12th October
– 7:00 - 8:15pm (arrive 10 mins early to sign up/settle in).
– Bring a mat, warm clothes and/or blanket.
– We have 6 mats and some pillows and blankets to share.
– Please bring cash on the day

Ladder shelves are very affordable and take up minimal room. They’re perfect for rolled towels and accessories that can live on the bottom shelves with more important products on the top.

When I do a quick shop, I am forced to walk to the farthest area, end of last aisle, in food stores to get 2 basic, essential products - milk and bread. This is a deliberate, calculated strategy to force people to walk past all the food displays and all the aisles in an attempt to get me to impulsively buy food on the way there. Despite using a grocery trolley, I start to suffer pain on the way there. With all their ads about ‘taking care of their customers’, the don’t give a rat’s ass about vunerable people in our society at all. They offer nothing for the frail customers other than one grocery chain who offer a ‘no noise? low light’ half day, which costs them nothing. As usual, it’s all about profit. Grocery stores are not our friends, especially for us oldies.
