When you, as a support person in someone’s life, are confronted with ongoing stressful situations it is important that you have the support and skills to cope with it.
Equip’s Caring for Carers education and support group runs for up to 8 weeks and is for adults supporting a person experiencing mental health distress. Skills and strategies are taught in a positive environment, and can be used to care for yourself and others.
Time: 10:30am – 12pm Monday morning

Date: 18th February – 8th April 2019

Venue: Whangaparoa Community Hub, Shop 8/707 Whangaparoa Rd,

Whangaparoa.
