Short term big modern furnished en-suit to rent
Big and private upstairs en-suite with two balconies, one turning out to the swimming pool and the other with Sea-view to Rangitoto. Own toilet and bathroom with spa. Big bedroom with a queen bed, lounge, office/deck, fridge/freezer, TV with Netflix/ light box and internet.
The room is private, but share kitchen downstairs and shared dinning, lounge with a fireplace, table tennis and heaps of outdoor space with a pool. All modern and perfect location close to the water, 2 min walk to Rothesay Bay beach and 5 min walk to Browns Bay beach and village. Albany mall 10 min drive and 20 min drive to Auckland city.
The room is available from about 1 June, but can be earlier. It’s available from a period on minimum 2 weeks and max 12 week, maybe a bit longer. After August it’s still avaible for day rate to be discussed further.
The two other guys in the house are busy and sweet professional mature guys that you hardly ever see ;)
