Tuff Crater Reserve track open
Some fabulous drone photos of the newest section of the Tuff Crater Reserve track that was opened up today 🙂
There is still a little bit if tidying up to do and a new seat to be installed, but the track is open to be enjoyed.

Stage 2, which is for the two large areas shown in blue on the attached map, is currently out for procurement for a contractor, but is likley to be about 2 months before we have confirmed dates for when the contractor can complete the work. I'll provide an update one we have further information.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
