CrossFit Kids and Teens Classes at CrossFit Birkenhead! Bring your kid or teen in for a free trial class. It's an awesome activity that continues throughout the summer holiday.
Every Thursday with a 2-week break over the holidays (no class 26 Dec or 6 Jan). Our CrossFit Kids and Teens classes will boost your child’s confidence and teach them strong functional movements. We focus every class on technique and building strength in movements that parallel daily life and all sports.
These classes are a great supplement to your child’s sports or for those just looking for some extra activity.
