I'd like to invite comment from Maggie Barrie , since I first ran this idea at least 5years ago, for the benefit of all tourists& residents, of all ages and abilities and not an obvious change has happened.By comparison, it cannot be overlooked the years standing continuance of enquiries, politics, referenda & promotion regarding the yachting facility, that benefited only a handful of a select fraternity.
