Beautiful Treatment Room/Office to Rent
We are situated in a gorgeous villa with wooden floors, natural light and customer parking onsite. The clinic has excellent street frontage and visibility for passing traffic and there is potential for advertising through our website and social media. The room is available to rent on either a weekly or daily basis although preference would be given to a weekly long term tenant. With a focus on pregnancy, mums and women’s health our expanding business now includes a beauty therapist, midwife, osteopath, cranial sacral therapist and naturopath/nutritionist. Ideally we are looking for like minded therapists who compliment our established business however the space would also be suited to someone wanting to build up a separate unconnected business or wanting quiet office space too.
The space available is a single room. It is light and airy with a massage table, desk and 2 chairs. WIFI included and Eftpos can be offered by arrangement.
