Free webinar on resilience and coping
Hi, neighbours, I'm a trained positive psychology coach, and I'm offering a free 40 minute live webinar on resilience and coping with difficult circumstances such as we're facing at the moment. I'll explain how we can all better understand resilience and find ways to develop our 'resilience muscle'.
If you'd like to take part, it'll be on Friday, 17 April at 12.00pm. Please message me no later than 11.00am on Friday, and I'll send you the link to log in on the day. This isn't a sales pitch, and doesn't involve any cost or ongoing commitment from you.
Till then, keep safe, keep sane, and keep smiling!
Yvonne

Share your New Zealand music memories...
It's NZ Music Month and New Zealand really has some beautiful songs from artists that we call our own.
Whether it's April Sun in Cuba, Don't Forget your Roots, or How Bizarre or Bic Runga's 'Sway' - songs have a way of unlocking memories and evoking old feelings.
In honour of NZ Music Month, share a New Zealand song or artist that is special to you and explain why.
