Free webinar on resilience and coping
Hi, neighbours, I'm a trained positive psychology coach, and I'm offering a free 40 minute live webinar on resilience and coping with difficult circumstances such as we're facing at the moment. I'll explain how we can all better understand resilience and find ways to develop our 'resilience muscle'.
