Remember the four keys rules to safe food handling: Clean, cook, cover and chill. And if in doubt, throw it out!

Sunsmart tells us to apply a broad-spectrum, water resistent sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30+ at least 20 minutes before going out in the sun, and again 10- 20 minutes after being in the sun.
