Heartbeats Cardiac Support and Rehab Group Meeting
Heartbeats is a community-based cardiac support and education group for heart event survivors and their families.
Groups often have guest speakers (including cardiologists and doctors) who talk about heart disease, health health, heart medications and diet.
The next group meeting is Thursday 24th November at Sunnynook.
