Hope for Hollie

Robyn from Torbay - Long Bay

Hollie Beattie is a beautiful 7 year old who has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Neuroblastoma. Despite receiving treatment for the last 2 years, the doctors have advised that they have exhausted treatment options in NZ and the last remaining option for a cure is a trial treatment that will need to be undertaken in Spain.
The costs associated of this are estimated to be at least of $400,000.

We have written two fun children’s book (which have been written and illustrated locally.)
• Cost per book is $12.00 each (approx. retail value $21) (delivery
Via NZ Post is $4.00 extra) – or if you live between Long Bay and
Milford, Auckland, we will deliver to you).

• Pre- orders only can be ordered by emailing
longlegs.creations@gmail.com.

• Delivery early/mid December and will be great
stocking fillers, secret Santa’s etc.

• We estimate that the reading age for the books is
about 4-9 years old
.

• We are donating all profits of our children’s book
series to “Hope for Hollie.”

• Full payment and delivery can be made from Early
Dec when books are available
.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
