Plans for a new transit lane on Birkenhead Ave prompted a 1000-plus strong petition from locals opposed to the idea. Auckland Transport is proposing to install a 400-metre southbound T3 lane operating from 6:30am to 10am, Monday to Friday.

Yes I am all of the above, please can anyone suggest recommend someplace I can go ( but not the glue factory yet) for some way of easing up years of building work so I can move more easily, think stretching exercise type stuff.
