Tonight it is particularly bad and causing a very sleepless night.
We have switched off everything in our home to make sure it is not something we have on.
Is anyone else noticing this ?

Look out for your neighbours this holiday season. Be mindful that Christmas can be a tough time for some older people, especially those who live alone. Small gestures of kindness can make this time much easier for older people who may be lonely.

4. Pop over with a jar of jam or pickles or your favourite recipe.
This will give you a good opportunity to have a chat. Maybe you will learn something about your neighbour that you don’t already know. This social connection can be a great chance to explore traditions and share memories.
I found this Mitsubishi key on a ring this morning on the Tarapiroe trail (Northside of the Ashley River.) A bit battered but looks like it will still work. It has a very distinctive Madonna and Child emblem attached to the ring
