Are the rules for controlling pooches in Tasman district a dog's breakfast?
Dogs are allowed on some beaches in Tasman district but are banned from others or are allowed at certain times only. This mishmash of rules and concern for the safety of little blue penguin populations has prompted multiple calls for an early review of the council's dog control bylaw. What do you think?
