Nelson Police are seeking the public’s help to identify the man pictured in these images.
We believe he may be able to assist us with our enquiries into concerning behaviour at a school on William Street, Richmond on Tuesday 8 June, between 11:25am and 15:45pm.
If this is you, or you know who this man is, please update us online now or call 105.
Police would also like to speak with anyone who was present at the school around this time, who may have seen anything out of the ordinary.
