City council staff want a 60kph speed limit to remain on a surface-flooding prone section of Cobham Dr despite a majority of the public wanting it to go back to 80kph.
The staff recommendation to an upcoming traffic, speed limit and road closure hearings panel covers the section of Cobham Dr between Tristram St and Normandy Ave.
