Beginner's Yoga class
Dear brothers and sisters,
Namaskar. We are going to start yoga and meditation classes, which are scientifically good for health and emotions. The classes will be held on every Wednesday evening 6.30pm to 8.00pm and Saturday morning 7.00am to 8.30am from 12th February at 51 Sussex St. Grey Lynn, Auckland. We are an international social service and charity organization. Classes are free. Koha or donation is appreciated. Those who have already know yoga before, we give advance yoga course also
