CAREGIVER POSITION FOR RETIRED NURSE, STUDENT NURSE
Hi Neighbours. We need a special someone to help us with some Caregiving for my 88yo mother. We are based on the Shore. Ideally a retired nurse, or a student nurse looking for a part time job as my mother had a stroke & needs assistance. I have been looking after her FT, just need a helping hand. We have a carer who showers her each day so no need to do that. The role would be 1-2 days a week initially helping her get ready in the morning, making her breakfast, lunch & possibly dinner. Keeping her company 😃 while she is watching her Chinese TV or just walking out on the deck. Light cleaning duties also, making her bed, cleaning her bathroom, keeping her bedroom tidy. Mum is a lovely lady, a soft spoken person, good SOH, has limited English but she is suited with somebody with a quiet, caring nature would be ideal. Auckland Harbour Bridge summer works
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is carrying out essential maintenance on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this December and January. The southbound clip-on lanes will be closed (24/7) from 26 December to 5 January for road resurfacing. Night-time lane restrictions will be in place throughout the summer for recoating work on the bridge. Traffic will still be able to travel in both directions at all times.
