Age Concern Hawke’s Bay has an exciting project that focuses on addressing the financial cost barrier to put in place Enduring Power of Attorney. The grants are available to those residing in Hawke’s Bay including Wairoa and Central Hawkes Bay.


If you or a loved one:
• have a long-term health or
• a cognitive condition, or;
• are at risk of or have experienced a stroke or heart attack
• live in aged residential car

Then you may qualify for a grant to cover the full costs associated with setting up an Enduring Power of Attorney.
