Single or king single beds and mattresses in excellent condition
Safe Haven House looks after the accommodation of asylum seekers arriving in NZ. The week we received two asylum seekers and we have just one bed.
Shortly there is another asylum seeker arriving? We need 1-2 single or King single beds and mattresses in good condition. We would prefer donations if possible. Some of our recent asylum seekers are tall and a King single would be helpful. Thank you for your help. Auckland Harbour Bridge summer works
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is carrying out essential maintenance on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this December and January. The southbound clip-on lanes will be closed (24/7) from 26 December to 5 January for road resurfacing. Night-time lane restrictions will be in place throughout the summer for recoating work on the bridge. Traffic will still be able to travel in both directions at all times.
