My family members have invested in New Development taken place @3/163, Bordesley Street, Philipstown, Christchurch.

Total area is 106 Sq Mr of Unit plus it has one carport inside the development. I am sharing plan and few present passing certificates from Christchurch city council and other photographs.
My family members believe this units coming near CBD area and hence suits to first home buyer or investor as rental yield has gone up recently. Recent immigration shows that arrival figure has gone back to pre-covid level and since softness of house price rental yield has increased. Also, as per information, New Build approval have been reduced.

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
