Highlights:
* Number of BT Sales increased significantly in November 2023.
* Prices recovered most of the ground lost during the previous 12 months (since November 2022).
* Momentum changed in the second half of November 2023 (after the election).
* November was the highest number of properties sold by BT for 21 months.
* Number of properties sold is more than 30% higher than in November 2022.
