deceased kitten - bottom end of Riversdale Road
good morning neighbours. on my morning run this morning I noticed a dead kitten in the middle of the road, the bottom end of Riversdale Road just past Maple Street. I put the kitten to the side of the road and felt incredibly sad that it had such a short life. It was a lovely grey fluffy kitten, probably no more that 12 weeks old. I think that it had not long happened as I could still feel the warmth from it but it had definitely passed. To whoever's kitten it is I am so very sorry and I hope that you find it and can give yourself some closure.😥🌈
Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.

Product recalls
I am appalled at the number of product recalls - salmon to snack balls to a huge range of toys. Not good enough manufacturers! Surely products are health and safety checked.
