Chemist Warehouse
Has anyone else had trouble contacting Chemist Warehouse? I have generally had good service from online ordering , but recently received a damaged order and have over 2 weeks have been unable to get a reply from them either through their website messaging or on the phone. I have now made 3 phone calls to their 0800 number and after 20 minutes of waiting get cut off. Seems like there is nobody answering phones and nobody responding to customer complaints. So be warned, they have lousy service if anything goes wrong.
