Hornby Pool and Library Update/Residents Monthly Meeting
This weekend strongly urge all residents to get along for a real informative update on the Hornby Pool/Leisure and Library including Service Centre. It's a very informative presentation and you will be disappointed if you miss it.
They will be first up at our monthly meeting at 2pm and have a PowerPoint presentation for us all to enjoy.
Sadly Nga Tahu will not be attending and in their words, they have not progressed their plans with the old South Hornby School site as much as they would have liked to. They will still attend a monthly meeting but have asked for more time.
Will also be the first meeting in the Chair for new chair Kim Moss.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
