shame on new Zealand post, they dropped off our parcel to the wrong address even though they confirmed that it was addressed correctly . and what's even worse is that all of their Van's have GPS tracking and cameras. so they know exactly where they put it. but the plot thickens even more when they went back to retrieve it the house hold in question refused to hand it over. and if that's not bad enough they won't tell me where it is either.
