Meditation: The challenge to change….
Three evenings exploring the Seven Secrets of Meditation
You’re invited! A journey from introductory practices to deeper insights and secrets – an overview of meditation practices and the guidelines needed to successfully meditate.
A free course for genuine seekers.
Consecutive Mondays in Mt Eden, November 14, 21, 28. 7:30 – 9:00pm nightly.
The wisdom teachings of the great Masters runs like a beautiful river of knowledge throughout the course of human history, reminding us of the deepest purpose of our lives and the steps needed to attain freedom and happiness.
These Monday sessions share many of the lesser-known, profound meditation secrets found in the teachings of one of India’s great yogis, Sri Chinmoy. They offer periods of both guided and silent meditation, cover a wide canvas of meditation techniques to help you find your own unique path, and look at lifestyle positives that will support your journey of discovery.
Please attend from the first session as this is a progressive, structured course for those sincerely wanting to commit to a regular meditation practice.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
