Street parking a health and safety hazard + and mental health hazard to me (lol)..

Hi, I'm loosing my mind, coming home and have to squeeze past the neighbors' cars just to get to my drive way. If you think I'm being difficulty then consider this that an ambulance would struggle and a fire truck would not get up the street. Not to mention no one would see a child step out from behind a parked car because there is no space. This is not only an issue in Horizon place but in other streets around the neighborhood. As of to day I have 4 cars and they are all on my property, there wouldn't be space on the street anyway. I only street park on rare occasions. These cars in Horizon place are the same cars every day. Rant a side. The question is why are there so many cars on the street ? Do they need to be there? If yes why? Does this need to be take to the city counsel?
