Oropi Grove Mountain Bike Park temporary closure
A heads up for mountain bikers and walkers that the eastern side of the Oropi Grove Mountain Bike Park (highlighted in purple) will be closed for three days from Monday 5 September to Wednesday 7 September (weather dependent).
The closure is needed to investigate the condition of water pipelines that send water to the Oropi treatment plant and distribute water to the city. The western side of the park, which can be accessed from Joyce Road, will remain open.
Postponement dates are 12-14 September. For more information contact Richard Conning on 07 577 7000, or richard.conning@tauranga.govt.nz
