Leak after gutter clean
We got a professional gutter cleaning service to clean our gutters - the heavy rain today led to leaks inside the house. We think the gutters or the downspout is clogged.
1. Do we need to get the roofers involved with the leak? Even if we suspect it's the gutters leading to it?
2. Who is responsible to clean the downspout in this instance? And would the gutter cleaning company be liable for any repairs from this?
