Lacto Fermentation Workshop
There are still a couple of spaces left for anyone wanting to learn about the ancient craft of lacto fermentation.
Coming up this Wednesday, 6.30pm to 8.30pm at the Riverside Community Kitchen in Lower Moutere. $35 includes all materials, but you will need to bring a jar to take home some of the created goodness.
