The room has a fridge/freezer/coffee maker, office desk and TV/Netflix and free internet.
View the sea from the private balcony and another private balcony overlooks the pool and tropical landscape garden.
Rest of the house has heaps of space to share including Kitchen, Laundry, Swimming pool and BBQ.
Live next to two beautiful beaches, good for a swim and relaxing. Browns Bay Village is just 5 minutes down the track and walking distance to shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes etc.
If you love bush walks, vineyards, golfing, tennis, surfing, other markets for arts and food, then it's all close by.
And, Auckland City is just 15 to 30 min away in car/bus.
Price per week $690 plus $60expenses (internet, power & water)
If two people, another $150 a week

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
