Yoga In Nature - Auckland Botanic Gardens

Angeli from Manurewa

Hello everyone!

It has been so enjoyable for me to connect with all of you in nature and teach Yoga, therefore I'd like to offer yet another Yoga Session at the Botanic Gardens. Here are two suggested dates and times:

Date: Sat 26/03/22 - 10-11am - Meetup: 9.45am
Date: Wed 30/03/22 - 9-10am - Meetup: 8.45am

We will be meeting next to the main entrance and will walk to a nice shady spot altogether.

These classes are accessed through donation: Suggested donation of 10$ or whatever you can contribute. You can either contribute through the eventbrite page or pay cash.

If you can't contribute, that's okay! Please join us regardless and enjoy the practice.

If you are new to yoga, just a beginner or would love to try a different way of moving, feel free to join me on the mat for a really rejuvenating practice in nature.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
