Vaccine passes will be required at all indoor Porirua council facilities, including Te Rauparaha Arena and all pools, libraries, and council offices.
Passes will not be required at Spicer Landfill and bulk recycling or outdoor areas such as playgrounds, parks, courts or the Splash Pad.- Carry your My Vaccine Pass
- Wear a mask
- Scan when you enter a building
- Maintain physical distancing
- Please, sanitise your hands often

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
