Join us for 6 PM Community Yoga At Cornwall Park today.
As per the rules, booking is MUST, class is only limited to 9 and everyone will be at a distance of 2M apart.
Classes will all be at a base/beginner level and are inclusive to all bodies
* feel free to get your whanau and friends together to enjoy so much-needed rest, relaxation, and mindfulness together.
Bring whatever you feel the need for, we recommend loose or comfortable clothes to play in, and a towel or mat!
