Kids Athletics starts on Tuesday 16 February!

Our 6 week 'have-a-go' style athletics programme where primary school aged kids have the opportunity to try a variety of athletics activities in a non-competitive environment is starting next week, on Tuesday 16th of February!
Activities include: running, jumping, throwing, agility etc.
The programme starts on Tuesday 16th February and runs on consecutive Tuesdays until (and including) Tuesday 23 March.
Attendance is free and casual so there is no need to book in advance. Participants should arrive at the event venue at 4pm, which is the Vauxhall Sports Reserve, also known as the North Shore Rugby Club grounds.
Don't forget to bring your water bottle to avoid getting dehydrated!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
