House Keeper
We are still searching for the perfect house keeper for our beautiful property near Māpua. The lady who has done the job really well for the last two years is moving to Golden Bay.
The accommodation is in a fully furnished, cozy and comfortable independent cottage with its own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and laundry.
The Cottage is offered rent-free in exchange for help with housework, ironing, general gardening and caring for our large friendly dog whenever we are away.
Electricity, gas and unlimited fast internet are included.
The position would suit a fit and energetic single lady who would appreciate the beautiful and tranquil setting on the Waimea Inlet.
The property has extensive gardens, a swimming pool and sauna to enjoy.
We look forward to welcoming the right person to our serene and peaceful bubble.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
