When: Every Tuesday - starting 26 January 2021
Where: Mangere East Community Centre - 372 Massey Road, Mangere East
Time: 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Cost: Free session on 26 January, $10 per session after that
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or a sheet +water bottle. Do not eat a heavy meal
We will do simple, easy and effective postures. Breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
