Boat sinks in Lowry Bay
Residents have raised concerns about an “eyesore” boat that sank in Wellington’s Lowry Bay on Sunday morning.
Lowry Bay Resident’s Association president, David Miller, has called for better oversight of the condition of boats moored in the harbour.
The boat began sinking on Saturday afternoon and was fully submerged by Sunday morning.
