Cannons Creek house prices rise steeply
CoreLogic figures show house prices in Featherston had the most dramatic change in the Wellington region over the last five years to October, increasing 132 per cent, from $199,750 to $463,750.
Just behind Featherston was Cannons Creek, which has also seen a massive increase.
Cannons Creek house prices increased a whopping 128 percent.
- Price in October 2015: $220,800
- Price in October 2020: $503,300
