Existing flatmates: 3 in the house and 1 in the sleep out (mixture of students and full time workers)
Rent per week: $181 Including expenses!
Bond: 450$
Bus stop right out side & walking distance to the train station
Plenty of on street parking but the driveway fits one car which is usually shared
