Property has bathroom with bath and shower, seperate toilet. Close to hospital, on bus route and walking distance to town. Suitable for professionals or small family.
House is $500 per week + 3 weeks bond.
References are required. Not suitable for pets( on main road)/ no smokers or vapers.
We also have a 1 bedroom fully Self Contained basement flat on the same property. Good size, insulated with Heatpump.... $300 per week + 3 weeks bond. Same conditions as house... Please connect with me here for more information...
